There are seasonal opportunities for fellowship and service to the recovery community every quarter. Annually there are mission-type projects which serve others.
For example:
On the first Monday of March, June, September and December, the Set Free Ministries group gathers for a special mealtime and "leadtime" from 7-9 p.m., at our hosting church, Baptist Temple Parkersburg and other locations.
In July, several members of Set Free Ministries go on a short-term mission trip to a nearby county and use their skills to serve folks who are underprivileged in many ways. Christian camps for men are scheduled in early August.
Set Free Ministries has become the home group for many in the recovery community in the Mid-Ohio Valley
